Where is the money going?
In hospitality, small leaks add up: a missing bottle here, a voided bill there, a room charge nobody billed.
Stock walks out
Drinks and ingredients finish faster than sales say they should, and nobody can tell where they went.
Voids and shortages
Cancelled items and cash short at the end of the shift, with no record of who and why.
Orders get lost
Paper orders between waiters, kitchen and bar go missing; customers wait and complain.
Room charges forgotten
Meals and drinks charged to rooms on paper are missed at check-out.
Slow, messy bills
Bills worked out by hand, wrong VAT, and arguments over what was ordered.
No clear numbers
You only know how the day went when someone counts the cash, and best-sellers are guesswork.
From order to receipt, with nothing lost
Log in with a PIN
Each cashier and waiter has their own PIN, so every sale has a name on it.
Tap the order
Big touch buttons, category tabs and search find any item in seconds.
Kitchen & bar
Food goes straight to the kitchen screen; the chef marks it cooking, then ready.
Bill & pay
A printed receipt with VAT and your M-Pesa paybill, or charge it to the guest's room.
Close the shift
Each cashier closes their shift; stock is reduced and the reports are ready.
Pending
Cooking
Ready
Illustration of the kitchen display: pending → cooking → ready
A kitchen display that keeps time
- Orders appear on the kitchen screen the moment they are tapped in, with no paper.
- Assign a chef, then mark each order cooking, ready and collected.
- Reports show waiting, cooking and collection times, so you can see where the delays are.
Everything a hospitality business needs
Switch on only what you use: a bar with no rooms doesn't need accommodation, and a guest house with no kitchen doesn't need the kitchen display.
Touchscreen till
Full-screen, finger-sized buttons, category tabs and search as you type.
Kitchen display
Orders to the kitchen screen, chef assignment, cooking and ready status.
Receipts & VAT
Printed receipts with VAT, your business details and M-Pesa paybill.
Stock control
Stock reduced with every sale; receivings, transfers, stock takes and variance.
Low-stock alerts
See what is running out before the bar runs dry on a Friday night.
Voids & shortages
Every void recorded with a reason, and cash shortages tracked per employee.
Rooms & reservations
Room types, bookings, check-in and check-out, and the guest's invoice.
Guest accounts
Charge food and drinks to a guest or customer tab; part payments, statements and arrears.
Smart door locks
Optional TTLock integration: a door code for each stay that expires on check-out.
Staff & payroll
Employees, departments, pay runs and pay history.
Expenses & suppliers
Expenses by area, suppliers and goods received, with buying prices for real margins.
Reports
Sales, barman, voids, targets, stock, shortages, waiting and cooking times.
Branches & areas
Several branches, plus restaurant, bar and accommodation areas, each with its own stock.
Roles & security
PIN till login, back-office passwords and access by role.
Notice board
Messages to staff on the till and in the back office.
Turn modules on/off
Accommodation and kitchen display can be switched off when you don't need them.
Rooms, guests and the restaurant on one bill
Book the room, charge the guest's meals and drinks to their account, and print one invoice at check-out.
- Reservations with check-in and check-out dates, and an invoice for the stay.
- Guest tabs: restaurant and bar items charged to the guest's account.
- Part payments, a customer statement and an arrears list for corporate clients.
- Smart locks (optional): a TTLock door code for each stay, printed on the invoice, which stops working at check-out.

Frequently asked questions
What hardware do I need?
A touchscreen terminal or any computer with a browser for the till, a receipt printer, and optionally a screen or tablet in the kitchen. Back-office managers can use any PC or laptop. We advise on hardware before you buy.
Can my staff learn it quickly?
Yes. The till uses big touch buttons, category tabs and search. Cashiers log in with a PIN, and most staff are comfortable after one short training session.
How do you stop stock losses?
Stock is reduced with every sale. Receivings, transfers and stock takes are recorded, and the variance report shows the difference between what was counted and what should be there. Voids need a reason, and cash shortages are recorded per employee.
Does it work for a hotel with a restaurant and bar?
Yes. Rooms, reservations and guest accounts work together with the restaurant and bar, so meals and drinks can be charged to a guest and billed on one invoice at check-out.
Do I need the kitchen display and accommodation?
Only if you use them. Both can be switched off in Settings, and switched back on later with nothing lost.
Can I run several branches?
Yes. Branches and areas (restaurant, bar, accommodation) each keep their own stock, sales and staff, and head office sees the reports for all of them.
