Getting started
We set it up with you
Choose hosting by Kaliweb (nothing to install), or your own server. With your licence you receive the system files, your licence key and the Installation & Administrator Guide by email, and our team helps you through it.
Running it on your own server? It needs
- PHP 8.1 or newer and MySQL / MariaDB
- cPanel hosting, a cloud VM, or an office computer
- An SSL certificate (free AutoSSL / Let's Encrypt is fine)
- Internet access to check the licence and receive updates
Prefer not to manage a server? We can host it for you, backups included. Email us for a demo and price.

Common questions
Can I install it on my own VM or an office computer?
Yes: cPanel hosting, a cloud VM or an office computer. The step-by-step guide comes with your licence. An office computer only works inside the office, so teams in the field should use hosting or a VM.

How do I update to a new version?
From the system itself: when a new version is available, administrators see it under System → Updates, read what's new and press Update now. The new version is downloaded from Kaliweb and installed in about a minute, with a backup first. It can also install automatically at night.
